All the grapes come from a vineyard, Leyron, in the Ribeira de Amandi, Sober. It is a vineyard with vines over 50 years old. South-facing, with slopes of 80%, in contact with large bodies of water (Sil River) and granitic soils, allowing the vine to survive in its natural habitat. 100% Mencía produces 600 bottles
