It is a 100% white Brancellao wine made by the Bordel winery within the IGP Betanzos. It ferments in stainless steel and has a long bottle aging before being commercialized. It is a fresh, intense wine, with citrus notes and a marked but well-integrated acidity. Limited production of 2000 bottles
